The cellar was being used as an underground cinema room and had been painted.  Unfortunately the moisture penetrated the paint leading to water damage to the new carpet.  Fibreglide was called in to fully seal the walls with fibreglass resulting in a sealed surface that still reveals the popular brick pattern beneath.
